General House Rules

1.    All players must be at least 18 years of age.

2.    Smoking is prohibited in the poker room.

3.    Seating is done with a sign up list.  Permission is REQUIRED before taking a seat in a game.  Management will decide when to start or close a game, and also the limit of the game.

4.    No short buy-ins are allowed.

5.    Cash is not permitted on the table.  All cash must be changed into chips in order to play.

6.    English is the official language in the Poker Room.  English MUST be spoken at and around
    the tables.

7.    In Limit games, the maximum bet is $5.  One bet and three raises is allowed.

8.    In No Limit games, buy-ins may not exceed $100.  Players may add-on in between hands any amount that does not take them over the $100 maximum.  Unlimited raises are allowed in No Limit games.

9.    The House extends NO CREDIT.

10.    Check and raise is allowed.

11.    No side bets are permitted.

12.    Insurance propositions are not allowed.

13.    "Splashing the pot" is PROHIBITED.

14.    Only one person may play a hand.  No one is allowed to play another player's chips.

15.    Players are responsible to protect their own hand and their right to action AT ALL TIMES. Any irregularities must immediately be brought to management's attention BEFORE the next deal.

16.    Splitting pots will not be allowed in any game.  Chopping the big and small blind by taking them back when all other players have folded is allowed in button games.

17.    String bets or raises are not permitted.

18.    Cards speak for themselves when face-up on the table at showdown.

19.    Players may not show their cards to other players during a hand.

20.    Discussion regarding the hand in progress is not allowed.

21.    Criticism of how other players have elected to play their hand or their general style of play is impolite, undesirable, and will not be tolerated.

22.    The House has the right to prohibit any two or more players on the same game.

23.    All chips must be kept in full view of the dealer and other players at the table.  Higher denomination chips must be in front or on top of lower denomination chips.

24.    No chip racks are allowed on the table unless approved by management.

25.    A non-player may not sit at the table.

26.    Language, dress, and behavior should be of a standard appropriate of ladies & gentlemen.

27.    Management reserves the right to make decisions in the spirit of fairness and good faith, and has the right to make a decision on the best interest of the game.

28.    The House has the right to alter, change, or cancel the rules and policy of a game or promotion at any time.

29.    Abuse to other guests or the poker room staff will not be tolerated at any time.

30.    All decisions of Management are FINAL.
