Community Relations Submission Procedure

 How Calder Race Race Course Can Help You!

Calder Race Course is dedicated to supporting the United Way, industry-related charities and educational programs.

Charity organizations interested in Calder Race Course providing support for their agency should submit their request using the following guidelines:

• All requests should be mailed to our office, e-mails, or phone calls, faxes cannot be accepted
• Requests take at least 6-8 weeks to process
• All monetary requests are reviewed bi-monthly by a team member allocation committee
• Requests should be typed on your organization's official letterhead
• Please, only a maximum of one request per year

Requests should provide the following:

• Description of your organization and purpose
• Who is benefiting from the donation
• Specifically, what you are seeking from Calder Race Course
